14th Dec 2017 | News

Mr Justice Cobb has allowed an application brought by Rob’s client to change the names of two children so that their identities are not known to their father, and to restrict the father’s use of his parental responsibility. After rescuing the children, the mother received significant threats against her and the children. The Court concluded that limiting the father’s PR and allowing the mother to change the children’s names was the only effective way to keep them safe.
