Aidan Vine QC successful in the Court of Appeal in Re B (A Child) [2018] EWCA Civ 2127

5th Oct 2018 | News

Aidan, acting on behalf of a local authority, and leading Maria Gallagher of Pump Court Chambers, successfully sought the dismissal of an appeal in which the Court of Appeal considered two matters: the extent of the obligation to cross-examine witnesses about accusations made against them, and the correct legal approach to determining responsibility for inflicted injuries where there are only two potential perpetrators.

The judgement can be found here.
