The Harcourt NCDR team comprises juniors and silks, some of whom are also Deputy High Court Judges, Recorders, Deputy District Judges, Arbitrators and Mediators. Our considerable breadth of experience means that we are extremely well placed to offer NCDR services for a very broad range of circumstances and to support clients both in deciding whether to choose NCDR and then in effectively pursuing the best strategy.
