In Season 9, Episode 4 of the Family Law Week podcast, hosted by Westgate Chambers’ Scott Sharp, Anna Yarde takes part in a discussion on the recently published resource for judges ‘Writing to Children – A Toolkit’.
Anna talks alongside Jude Eyre from Nuffield Family Justice Observatory and a young person who is a member of the Family Justice Young People’s Board.
This Toolkit was published to assist judges in writing to children to make them feel heard and support their understanding of what the family court has decided and why. It allows children to hear directly from the person making the decision about them and their family.
