Edward Devereux QC and Edward Bennett successful in the Court of Appeal in case concerning the 1980 Hague Child Abduction Convention. Re S (A Child) is considered to be the first time the Court of Appeal has considered the question of how to approach whether to strike out or summarily dismiss an application under the 1980 Convention.
