Harcourt Chambers are pleased to announce that Her Majesty The Queen on the advice of the Lord Chancellor appointed Andrew Leong as a Recorder in the family jurisdiction.

Andrew’s appointment will take effect from 4 April 2018. As a Recorder, Andrew will sit part-time in the County Court dealing with a wide range of family and children cases, exercising similar powers to those of a Circuit Judge. Andrew will continue to practice in all areas of family law at Harcourt Chambers.
