James Dove delivered training on Wardship to Milton Keynes Council on 1 July 2025. The training covered the fundamental principles of wardship, how to apply, and when it might be used and when it was unlikely to assist a local authority.

James has recently had an article on a related topic published in Family Law ‘Inherent jurisdiction orders related to children in the Family Court’ [2025] Fam Law 709.
