Frances Judd QC wrote a paper entitled Family Justice for The Justice Papers, a series of eight papers which describe first-hand what the justice system looks like at the sharp-end of cuts to funding. The Justice Papers were one of the highlights of Justice Week, a new initiative setup by the three legal professional bodies; the Bar Council, The Law Society, and the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx).
