Mehvish Chaudhry appears in the Supreme Court In the matter of B (A child)

The case concerned the rights of the non-biological mother of the child and the proper approach to determination of the English court’s jurisdiction to make orders in relation to the child.

The appeal was heard on 8 and 9 December 2015 and judgment is awaited.
