The webinar will consider the practical use of alternative dispute resolution in family law, with a focus on mediation, arbitration and NCDR generally with a guide for how practitioners can identify effective routes to resolving disputes outside the traditional court process.
Suzanne is a qualified family arbitrator and will bring a barrister, pFDR evaluator and arbitrator’s perspective to the discussion, alongside Rachel and Corinne’s experience as family law solicitors and mediators.
