Matthew Brookes-Baker successful in the Court of Appeal

Matthew successfully appeared in the Court of Appeal in Re W (A Child) [2019] EWCA Civ 1966 on behalf of the appellant, who had previously acted in person, where final care and placement orders were set aside and the matter was remitted for another final hearing before Keehan J.
