Using a variety of ADR approaches, we regularly help clients to achieve practical solutions quickly and cost-effectively, with less of the delay, pressure and acrimony that can accompany conventional litigation.
The Harcourt ADR team comprises juniors and silks, some of whom are also Deputy High Court Judges, Recorders, Deputy District Judges, Arbitrators and Mediators. Our considerable breadth of experience means that we are extremely well placed to offer ADR services for a very broad range of circumstances and to support clients both in deciding whether to choose ADR and then in effectively pursuing the best strategy.
We can facilitate ADR in person at both our London and Oxford premises. Our chambers in Oxford has a whole floor dedicated to ADR facilities.
Furthermore, as a chambers we can facilitate all forms of ADR remotely using a range of technologies. We aim to ensure that the experience is straightforward and manageable for lay parties and professionals.
