Rob George in the Supreme Court

Rob George represented the appellant in the Supreme Court hearing of Re NY (A Child) on Thursday 18 July. The issues relate to the Court’s powers under its inherent jurisdiction and when it is appropriate for the court to conduct a summary assessment of a child’s welfare. The judgment has been reserved and is expected in October.
