Edward Devereux QC and Mehvish Chaudhry represented the father in an application for the summary return of two children to the USA before Susan Jacklin QC sitting as a Judge of the High Court in Y v Z (Children: Hague Convention) [2017] EWFC 102. The subject children, who were aged 15 and 11, were returned to the USA despite the court having made a finding that they objected to return.
