Anna Yarde

Call: 2012

'I wanted to express and draw your attention to Anna’s excellent work in my matter of Re S. It has been a painfully long and protracted case with many complexities. Happily I can report that we have concluded this matter. Anna has covered many hearings for me, including the 10 day final hearing. I can wholeheartedly share that both her preparation and performance were exemplary. Anna has worked tirelessly, way beyond what could reasonably be considered the call of duty, and is a true credit to Harcourt. She went above and beyond and I am extremely grateful. Anna is always a pleasure to work with and the client group have all expressed to me privately how Anna has made them feel comfortable and listened to. I have learnt a lot from Anna personally and I am very grateful to her for this. I look forward to the opportunity to work with her again.'

Testimonials

'I just wanted to point out how brilliant Anna was at the final hearing for my client yesterday. My client said she couldn’t recommend Anna enough, she was able to support all her arguments with case law and it was evident she had put the work in. My client also said that Anna was an absolute ‘badass’ from the way she spoke in Court. All in all, one very happy client.'
