Iona has a thriving private law practice and regularly represents parents at all stages of private children proceedings, from first hearings to final hearings and including enforcement proceedings and fact-finding hearings.
She also accepts instructions for matters under the Family Law Act 1996.
Public Law Children & Care Proceedings
Iona accepts instructions in all public law proceedings. She has experience acting for Local Authorities and parents in a variety of hearings involving issues including chronic neglect, substance abuse and domestic abuse.
Family Finance & Financial Remedy
With an expanding practice in financial remedy proceedings, Iona represents clients at first appointments, financial remedy disputes and in applications including maintenance pending suit and interim orders for sale of the family home.
