Simon Boutwood

Simon joined Harcourt as Chambers Director in February 2011, having gained many years experience clerking a successful civil set in London. Since 2011 Simon has been at the helm of Chambers as it has grown from strength to strength, earning a number of industry awards, and increasing the numbers of silks to six.

Simon divides his time between the London and Oxford Offices and is responsible for the overall operation of Chambers including: strategic planning, service delivery, individual practice development, and marketing.

A key aspect to Simon’s role is the maintenance and development of relationships with Chambers’ clients. Simon is extremely approachable and always available to receive feedback and welcomes the opportunity to discuss any issues. He is delighted to assist at any time.
