David Marusza and Mavis Amonoo-Acquah gave the Private Law Update seminar to YRES Oxford at the offices of Knights Solicitors, covering updates to the law on s. 91(14) applications, termination of contact, notification of paternity to children, costs in the recent case of Timokhina v Timokhin and reopening factual findings in family proceedings and jurisdictional issues post Brexit.
