Exploring Alternative Dispute Resolution: A Night of Insight and Networking

24th Apr 2024 | Events

Last night, Chambers and Middle Temple were abuzz as four very knowledgeable speakers delved into the realm of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The ADR Seminar provided a platform for insightful discussions and networking opportunities.

The evening started with the unveiling of the ADR suite, adorned with captivating artwork chosen by Roger Bamber. Roger provided information and a short talk on the artwork.

Throughout the evening, four distinguished barristers took the stage, offering their expertise and perspectives on various facets of ADR. From mediation to arbitration and early neutral evaluation, attendees were treated to a comprehensive exploration of the diverse methods and strategies employed in resolving disputes outside of traditional court proceedings. The talks were finished off with a short panel discussion where attendees could ask questions.

There was then the chance to mingle and connect over networking drinks and nibbles. This informal setting provided the perfect opportunity for attendees to forge new connections, exchange insights, and foster collaborations in the dynamic field of ADR.

Stay tuned for future events and opportunities to explore the ever-evolving landscape of family law and dispute resolution. To find out more about our ADR practice please email clerks@harcourtchambers.co.uk
