Edward Bennett secured the summary return of a child to Spain in unusual circumstances where the child returned to the care of her non-primary carer father leaving her pregnant primary carer mother and half sibling in England.

The case was conducted by Microsoft Teams and involved a litigant in person and translator, and questions concerning the appropriateness of international movement of children in the height of the global health pandemic.
