Edward Devereux QC and Naomi Scarano succeed in the Court of Appeal in 1980 Hague Convention proceedings concerning return to a “third state” and protective measures. Mehvish Chaudhry appeared on behalf of the intervenor, the International Centre for Family Law Policy and Practice.

Edward Devereux QC and Naomi Scarano successfully appealed the first instance decision of Cobb J to return a child to a third state pursuant to the 1980 Hague Convention. Mehvish Chaudhry appeared on behalf of the intervenor the International Centre for Family Law Policy and Practice.
