Edward Devereux QC and Naomi Scarano succeed in the Court of Appeal in 1980 Hague Convention proceedings concerning return to a “third state” and protective measures. Mehvish Chaudhry appeared on behalf of the intervenor, the International Centre for Family Law Policy and Practice.
