Harcourt Chambers and Mills & Reeve jointly hosted surrogacy debate a marked success

Yesterday evening Ruth Cabeza, Victoria Flowers and Mavis Amonoo-Acquah, along with Colin Rogerson, Head of Fertility Law at Mills & Reeve, took part in an excellent debate on whether the house should accept the Law Commission’s surrogacy reform proposals. Mr Justice Hayden chaired the debate which took place in the David Lloyd George Room at The Law Society.
