23rd Sep 2024 | News

We are delighted to announce that Hannah Windmill has resumed her practice at Harcourt Chambers following some time away as part of the counsel team to a high-profile banking inquiry. Hannah is looking forward to reconnecting with her colleagues, clients, and establishing new professional relationships.

Since her return, a Partner and Head of Children at a leading London specialist family law firm shared their thoughts on working with Hannah, saying:

“Hannah exudes the same vibrant energy, devotion, air of confidence, and authority from our first case nearly a decade ago. She takes great care with the detail and strategy, and her drafting is impeccable. She is always well-prepared, with a full grasp of the case and the bigger picture. Her approach is unflappable, sensible yet forceful.

She is skilled and responsive with the judiciary, as well as the other side, from those that are represented to litigants in person. Robust, firm, and always respectful, her advocacy is persuasive and puissant.

Hannah is an exceptional advocate with a wonderful sense of humour. Insightful and resourceful, she is passionate about her work and work ethic, engaging fully with clients, colleagues, and clerks. She is outstanding all around and has never wavered: she goes the extra mile and is a wonder to work with, and debrief with, during cases and after they have concluded.”

Hannah is a family law specialist with a strong private law children practice, her extensive experience continues to strengthen the expertise within chambers.

We are delighted to have Hannah back and look forward to supporting her as she resumes her practice.
