Edward Devereux QC, Mehvish Chaudhry and Paige Campbell will be speaking at the International Movement of Children webinar alongside Chair Sarah Williams of Payne Hicks Beach. The seminar will take place on Wednesday 16 June 2021 from 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm.
The seminar will include:
- an update on recent key developments in the field of international children law including international child abduction and relocation cases;
- an examination of the interplay between the child abduction and asylum regimes;
- a recap on the recent Supreme Court case of G v G and consider the future implications for the field of international children abduction arising as a result of this seminal case; and
