John Vater KC and Victoria Flowers spoke at yesterday’s Oxford Family Court Seminar, hosted by Oxfordshire Resolution and the Oxford Judiciary. The event was well attended by local practitioners, alongside several local judges and representatives from a range of children’s organisations.
John discussed fact-finding, providing a succinct overview of this important area. Victoria followed with an informative talk on financial remedies. Both talks were very well received.
