Application by mother for permission to relocate with children to another country following breakdown of marriage and restricted contact after father posted revenge pornography pictures online of the mother. At the final hearing the welfare of the children and need for high levels of contact was distinguished from risk posed by father to mother. Permission granted along with provision for generous access for the Father.
