14th Nov 2023 | Cases

Natasha Miller, instructed by Dawson Cornwell, acted on behalf of the successful Applicant mother in A Mother v A Father & Anor [2023] EWFC 163, an application by mother seeking to remove the child from the care of the father. A change of residence was ordered, along with prohibited steps orders and a positive order for no direct contact between the child and her father, following findings of alienating behaviour by the father. This was the third set of proceedings and this judgment should be read in conjunction with the earlier 2022 judgment at the conclusion of the second set of proceedings A Mother v A Father & Anor [2022] EWFC 204.
