Nick Goodwin QC successful in the Court of Appeal in Re B-P (Children) [2018] EWCA Civ 2042

Nick, acting on behalf of Staffordshire County Council, and leading Christopher Adams of St Philips Chambers, successfully sought a rehearing  after the Court of Appeal found that the recorder had failed to give any weight to the potential benefits of adoption.
