Prof Rob George and Rob Marsh have recently published an article in the Journal of Social Welfare and Family Law.

The article, entitled Do We Need Physical Family Courts? looks at the rapid response of the family court during Covid-19 to remote hearings as well as current position moving towards more in person hearings.
