Ruth Cabeza instructed by Dawson Cornwell to represent the Mother in a Fact Finding hearing. The application by the Father, who resides in Lithuania, for rights of access under Art 21 of The Hague Convention.

The Mother had made allegations of abuse against the Father in respect of herself and the children. The Lithuanian court eventually ruled that the English court should have jurisdiction. Ruth Cabeza succeeded on 10 of the allegations, where the court found they were true. These will now form the factual basis on which to proceed.
