The Mother had made allegations of abuse against the Father in respect of herself and the children. The Lithuanian court eventually ruled that the English court should have jurisdiction. Ruth Cabeza succeeded on 10 of the allegations, where the court found they were true. These will now form the factual basis on which to proceed.
