We are delighted to announce that Lucy Fairclough, formerly of Senate House Chambers, becomes a member of Harcourt Chambers with immediate effect. Lucy will continue to develop her busy and successful children’s law practice, primarily in the public law but also in private law cases, including adoptions with international elements, and child arrangements disputes, including intractable contact disputes.
