Hannah is a finance specialist who deals with all aspects of financial relief on relationship breakdown including applications brought under the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973, Schedule 1 to the Children Act 1989, the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 and the Inheritance (provision for family and dependents) Act 1975. She is confident in drafting pleadings and dealing with complex trust and company documents and has a particular interest in cases involving intervenors.
Hannah advises parents and Guardians in private law proceedings relating to children.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
Hannah is a strong proponent of the value of early intervention and resolution. Hannah can be instructed as an arbitrator as well as representing a party to an arbitration.
Hannah is qualified to accept instructions directly from members of the public under the Direct Access Scheme in appropriate circumstances.
