'I just wanted to write to tell you that I was against Harcourt’s pupil, Rosie, yesterday and I thought she did a really excellent job in what is quite a complex case. She was representing the LA and whilst it was a CMH, it was actually really tricky. She told me after the case that it was in fact her first care case, but I really would not have guessed. She was extremely organised, calm and structured and I could see that her social work team were really impressed too. Her manner both inside and outside of the Court room was measured and thoughtful and the way she dealt with difficult points in our pre hearing discussions was also really impressive.'

'She was great with communication, very thorough and was great with the client, they have provided me with good feedback following the hearings and she provides detailed attendance notes in a timely manner. She followed my brief and also offered some additional advice if needed which was greatly appreciated, especially if it meant a good outcome for my client. Rosie is really prompt with her communication if I need to speak to her before the hearing or just needed to have a chat to her about the case in general if the client is particularly difficult. What I did like is that when preparing a PS she didn’t just copy and paste my brief which is something I experience at times with some people.
