David Marusza and Jason Green to give a Financial Remedy Update seminar to YRES Oxford

David Marusza and Jason Green will be giving a Financial Remedy Update to Resolution and YRes members at 5.45pm on 9 June 2021.

The update will focus on maintenance pending suit applications (MPS), Barder and Thwaite applications, Prenups, Arbitration, Pensions, financial provision for children and enforcement.

The event will run for around 45 minutes and will be taking place via Zoom. Further information, including booking information, can be found here.
