Edward, instructed by Dawson Cornwell, appeared on behalf of the successful Applicant mother in TMS v AVS [2023] EWHC 1620 (Fam) an application brought under the 1980 Hague Child Abduction Convention by mother for summary return of children aged 12 and 6 to Russia. Return ordered, despite older child’s objections. Reported in Care Appointments.
