Edward Devereux KC and Mehvish Chaudhry successful in the Court of Appeal in Re A and B (Children) [2022] EWCA Civ 1664
Edward and Mehvish, instructed by Hanne & Co, represented the father who sought his children’s summary return to Dubai. Mehvish represented the father at first instance and was successful in arguing that the children should be returned to Dubai. Mehvish continued to represent the father on appeal, now led by Edward Devereux KC, and successfully defended the appeal in the Court of Appeal.
