Edward Devereux QC (for the respondent) instructed by Dawson Cornwell, Mehvish Chaudhry  & Paige Campbell (for ICFLPP) instructed by Bindmans appear before the Supreme Court in a seminal case which considers the relationship between the 1980 Hague Convention & Refugee Convention.
