Frances Harris and Sian Cox article on neurodivergence published in Family Law Journal

12th Feb 2026 | News, Newsletters and Articles

Sian Cox and Frances Harris have had an article published on NCDR and Neurodivergence in this month’s Family Law.  The article aims to set out the different models of non-court dispute resolution (NCDR) and considers their suitability and customisability where ND is a feature in the case.  The authors draw on insights from their own practice as well as those of fellow practitioners Vanessa Gardiner and Madeleine Harrington.

Harcourt Chambers has a team of arbitrators and excellent facilities for hosting arbitrations and private FDRs. Harcourt’s NCDR facilities are designed to provide a calm, accessible and supportive environment for all clients, including those with additional needs or neurodivergent profiles. We are committed to ensuring that every client can participate fully and effectively in proceedings.
