Kate, instructed by SBS Solicitors, appeared in Raza v Gall [2023] EWFC 181 on behalf of the Child through the Guardian. This was a committal hearing in relation to the mother’s failure to comply with a contact Order. The Judge found that the mother had failed to comply and not made the child available for contact with father. The Judge further determined that the only appropriate order is a term of imprisonment, suspended.
