Matthew Brookes-Baker, instructed by Bower Bailey Solicitors, representing the father in the matter of F v M [2023] EWFC 252 (29 November 2023).

This was a complicated and protracted private law matter concerning the parties three children.

The case involved an unusually high level of conflict involving serious allegations made by both parties, to include alienating behaviours, coercive control and emotional and physical harm of the children. A rule 16.4 Guardian was appointed to protect the interests of the children.
