Matthew Matthew Brookes-Baker, instructed by Bower Bailey Solicitors, represented the father in F v M & Ors [2024] EWFC 355 (B); a final hearing in a complicated and protracted private law matter concerning the parties’ three children.

The case involved an unusually high level of conflict involving serious allegations made by both parties, including alienating behaviours, coercive control and emotional and physical harm of the children. A rule 16.4 Guardian was appointed to protect the interests of the children.

 An earlier fact-finding was also reported F v M [2023] EWFC 252.
