Following a lengthy fact-finding hearing, Natasha Miller, instructed by Charles Strachan Solicitors, represented the first respondent Mother in Re H (A Minor) (Child Arrangements: Section 91(14) Order) [2023] EWFC 89. Natasha successfully secured an order for only indirect contact between the Father and the child by way of cards, gifts and electronic messages and secured a S.91(14) order with a duration of two and a half years.
