Nick Goodwin KC was instructed by Vardags for the 1st Respondent father in AB v CD [2025] EWHC 1563 (Fam); an application by mother for one child to be returned from Egypt to England and by father for other child to be returned to Egypt from England.
This hearing concerned cross applications by the parties for the summary return of their two children after the mother removed the youngest child from Egypt.
