20th Feb 2026 | News

Matthew is now available to act as a mediator in any civil or family dispute using the facilitative model of civil mediation. Matthew’s practice as a barrister encompasses a wide variety of contentious Chancery work and matters relating to real property, as well as his extensive experience in matrimonial finance, Schedule 1 to the Children Act, TOLATA claims and Inheritance Act cases. This wide range of experience equips him particularly well to act as a mediator in any of these fields, as well as any other field in which disputes arise which are suitable for mediation.
