Jason Green successfully argued that reporting restrictions should be lifted in a recent child abduction case

Jason, instructed by the mother, successfully argued in the High Court that reporting restrictions barring the children from being identified in media reports, should be lifted. Thus, enabling the mother, Ms Daley, to launch a public appeal for help.
