Oliver Wraight

Call: 1998

"Finally I would like to repeat my thanks to Mr Wraight. He stepped into this case with very little notice and gave [client] the highest quality of service. He also helped me enormously whilst still putting his client’s case with skilful tenacity and very impressive preparation."
HHJ Wildblood

Oliver practises exclusively in proceedings relating to children. His wide-ranging experience across all areas of these proceedings allows him to provide skilled and pragmatic advice and representation.

While he has more than twenty years experience in this field, Oliver never forgets that for the lay party it will usually be their first experience of such proceedings, and he is careful to ensure not just that his clients are not just represented skillfully in Court, but that they are advised and supported outside of the courtroom too.

Oliver is particularly skilled in representing vulnerable clients including those with learning difficulties or underlying mental health problems. He is valued for being approachable and sensitive to clients’ difficulties and anxieties and takes a practical approach to securing them the best possible outcome.
