Edward Devereux QC has appeared in the UK Supreme Court on 25, 26 and 27 January 2021 in the case of G v G leading the team (comprising Zane Malik of 39 Essex Chambers, William Tyzack of QEB and Carolina Marin Pedreno of Dawson Cornwell) for the father. In addition, Mehvish Chaudhry and Paige Campbell were junior counsel on behalf of an intervenor, the Centre for Family Law and Practice.  This important case concerned the interrelationship between child abduction law and immigration law.
