Martha Gray, successful in the Court of Appeal in N (Refusal of Placement Order) [2023] EWCA Civ 364
Martha, instructed by HRS Solicitors, represented the mother in the local authority’s appeal of a judge’s refusal to grant a placement order in respect of a 2 year old who was instead placed in long-term foster care to allow for ongoing sibling contact in N (Refusal of Placement Order) [2023] EWCA Civ 364. Martha successfully defended the appeal in the Court of Appeal.
