Mavis Amonoo-Acquah in F v M [2024] EWFC 128 (B)

21st Jun 2024 | Cases

Mavis Amonoo-Acquah, instructed by  S-E Solicitors, appeared on behalf of the Applicant in F v M [2024] EWFC 128 (B); an application by father for a child arrangements order. Despite extreme parental acrimony, both parents agreed not to pursue their cross-allegations. Both parents were given credit by the judge for coming to this decision. The children, aged 15, 13 and 11, strongly opposed contact with their father. In light of the children’s position, the parties agreed that the children should live with the mother and have indirect contact with the father. The mother’s application for a prohibited steps order was refused.
