6th Mar 2024 | Cases

Nick Goodwin KC leading Elisabeth Wickham, instructed by Birmingham City Council, represented the Applicant in Birmingham City Council v M & Ors [2023] EWHC 3312 (Fam) care proceedings in the High Court in respect of two children aged ten and eight, issued following allegations by Mother’s two older daughters that their Father had sexually assaulted them. The court found the allegations of sexual abuse by Father and failure to protect by Mother made out.
